The burned out ruins of the Kaiser-Wilhelm Memorial Church which was originally built between 1891 and 1895. It was destroyed by an air-raid in 1943. Berliners call it 'the hollow tooth'. The new hexagonal bell tower stands alongside the damaged tower.
