In 1897, a monument to German Emperor Wilhelm I, mounted on a 14 meter high horse, was inaugurated there by his grandson Wilhelm II. You can climb in and up around the monument and the view is really pretty. I think Mackenzie is on the top tier on the right and Gramma is walking in on the far left.
